"Welcome to the World of Chi" Volume 2 introduces the viewer to the Yang Style Long Form of Tai Chi. The entire form is 22 minutes long, and the instruction is broken down into three sections or "sets". Each set is again further divided into smaller segments of instruction so that even without previous experience you will be able to learn the entire form.
